Tomales Bay and Bodega Bay Fishing Report 6-14-24
Tomales Bay Fishing Report 6-11-24
From Capt. Josh.
We had great weather on Tuesday for our halibut trip. We had Anthony and his 2 sons out and ended up with 3 nice halibut. All fish came on trolled herring. Plenty of bait has pushed into the bay, so we will starting making our own in the mornings and try our luck drifting, once the wind lays down.

Bodega Bay Fishing Report 6-13-24
On Thursday we had a small break in the wind and were able to get a rockfish trip in. After a long drive against the swell we arrived to a area in 40 feet of water and immediately found a school of hungry blue rockfish. The bite remained wide open all day with most fish biting about 5 to 10 feet down from the surface on the light tackle. We ended up with limits of good quality blues with 2 keeper lingcod and many other undersize being released. Overall a great day with non stop action and many fish being safely released. It looks like we have some more wind coming for the week so we are hoping to get back out there again next week.
